Chief Standing Counsel for the State-opposite parties no.1 & 4 and Sri Anagh Shukla, who has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite parties no.2 & 3. Said Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed following main reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.09.2024 passed by opp. Party no.3 i.e. Additional Secretary, Lucknow Development Authority as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding the opp. Parties to promote the petitioner on the post of Section Officer as per Seniority List dated 28.04.2018 and also to make payment of due benefits which are stopped on account of the order dated 20.09.2024." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that by means of impugned order dated 20.09.2024 (Annexure No.1), the petitioner has been awarded adverse entry in a sheer illegal and unwarranted manner. However, the petitioner has preferred a representation dated 05.02.2024 (correct date is 05.02.2025) to the Commissioner/ Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow and about three months' period has passed but the Commissioner/ Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow has not taken any decision on such representation, whereas the petitioner is going to retire in the month of June, 2025. 4. Having heard submissions of learned counsel for the parties, I find it appropriate that direction be issued to the Commissioner/ Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025. 5. Therefore, without entering into merits of the issue, I hereby dispose of this petition finally at the admission stage directing the Commissioner/ Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority, Lucknow to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2025 with expedition, strictly in accordance with law, by speaking and reasoned order, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and decision thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.
