It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel that an order cancelling the fair price shop license has already been passed on 28.04.2025. 3. As against the said order dated 28.04.2025, an appeal is prescribed, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to challenge the order of cancellation by preferring an appeal. He would also be entitled to file the stay application along with the appeal. In case such an appeal is filed along with the stay application, the interim application shall be disposed off positively within a period of two weeks from the date of filing the appeal. 4.
