Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 10.03.2025, whereby directions have been issued for lodging an FIR. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the order dated 10.03.2025 is founded on the order dated 10.03.2025, which has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2025 in Writ-C No.2911 of 2025. 4. Considering the fact that the order, which is the foundation has already been quashed, the order dated 10.03.2025 passed subsequent and on the same ground by DPRO, Unnao cannot be sustained and is quashed. 5.
