However, learned Standing Counsel says that some restoration application albeit a belated one has been filed by opposite party no.6 which is pending. 3. Let the Tehsildar dispose of the restoration application of opposite party no.6 if it is maintainable, as per law within six weeks. Thereafter, the consequences shall follow accordingly. 4.
