Shri Sunil Bajpayi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, while filing affidavit of compliance duly sworn by the respondent-Mr. Amrendra Kumar Sengar, Commissioner of Police, Lucknow, informs that the order of the writ Court has been complied with, as the formal order has already been passed on 28.04.2025 by the respondent. It is, thus, submitted that the application has lost its efficacy and may be dismissed. The affidavit of compliance is taken on record. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel and going through the order of the writ Court as well as contents of the affidavit of compliance, it is evident that the decision has already been taken by the respondent on 28.04.2025. 4. The application, accordingly, stands dismissed as infructuous. 5. However, it is always open to the applicant to ventilate his grievance, if any, before the appropriate forum.
