Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the meeting whereby the opposite party no. 5 was elected and an allotment order dated 01.04.2025 was passed in his favour. 3. The neat contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that very short time was fixed for the meeting, which is contrary to the provisions of the Government Order. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner had participated in the meeting, the said plea cannot be considered. The said issue was also considered by this Court in Writ C No. 844 of 2025 decided on 30.01.2025. In view thereof, no good ground for interference is made out.
