Petitioner challenges order of termination passed by Mahindra Finance- a private company. It appears he has approached Regional Labour Commissioner (Central) but according to petitioner's counsel, he has been advised as per the information uploaded on the portal, to approach the appropriate forum. High Court is not the appropriate forum. This petition is not maintainable especially as the said communication is not under challenge. The petition is ill-advised. 4.
