The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct to the Court of Civil Judge Junior Division Faizabad to decide the Application no. 19 of 2024, under order 39 Rule 2-A titled "Vibha vs Shyama Devi and Others" filed in regular suit no. 1311/2022 pending before him, expeditiously as early as possible within a prescribe time, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to decide the application No.19 of 2024 expeditiously. However, in case any stay vacation application is pending, the same shall also be decided simultaneously.
