Issue a direction to the Court of Civil Judge (JD) Court No. 31, Sultanpur to consider and decide the petitioner's Original Suit No. 14/2015- Dharamraji Versus Dushyant Giri and other, which is pending for order." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
