Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)/Small Causes Judge, Court No. 15, Sultanpur to decide the execution case of the petitioners bearing Execution Case No. 05/2024 (Smt. Tara Devi & Others Versus Kali Sahai Sharma @ Raju) filed for execution of decree under Order 21 Rule 11 CPC expeditiously and within a reasonable period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order, in view of the directions given by Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 3640-3642 of 2025 (Periyammal (Dead) Through Lrs. and Ors. Vs. V. Rajamani and Anr. ETC) dated 06.03.2025. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
