It is submitted that the Cause title mentioned in the order dated 29th January, 2025 is wrongly recorded as ‘State of West Bengal & Ors.’ in place of ‘The Chief material Manager (Sales), Eastern Railway & Anr’. The same stands corrected and read as ‘The Chief material Manager (Sales), Eastern Railway & Anr’. Other portion of the order dated 29.01.2025 remains unaltered.
