Applicant- Gurumukh Singh, who is in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime/FIR No. 258 of 2024, under Sections 109, 118 (1), 332(c) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar, has sought his release on bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has falsely been implicated in the present matter; the applicant is a young boy studying in class 12th and is alone child of his parents to take care to them; there is no independent witness of the alleged crime; the applicant posses no previous criminal history and is languishing in jail since 05.12.2025. 6. On the contrary, learned State Counsel vehemently opposed the bail. 7. The injured has received fatal injuries on the vital part of the body; this 2025:UHC:3272 fact has been corroborated by the Medico Legal Report as well as the statement of the Doctor. 8.
