Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Kotwali Dehat, District Pratapgarh. As per gang chart, applicant is shown involved in single case crime No. 172 of 2024. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions submtis that applicant has not yet been enlarged on bail in the said case and bail application with regard to said case crime is already pending consideration. In view of aforesaid submission, which is not being denied by learned counsel for applicant, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file afresh once the applicant is being enlarged on bail in case crime No. 172 of 2024. Office is directed to return the certified copies to the applicant forthwith.
