By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed following main relief:- " Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite parties to promote the petitioners on the post of Medical Officer Grade-2 (level - 2) in pay scale Rs. 15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 6600.00 and on the post of Medical Officer, Grade 3 (level 3) in pay band Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs. 7600.00 from the date of promotion of their batch mates of 2012 batch and juniors placed below him in the seniority list of Medical Officers of Provincial Medical and Health Service with all consequential service benefit." Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that ends of justice would suffice if he is allowed to move a fresh representation before the competent authority and the same may be directed to dispose it of with speaking and reasoned order within stipulated time. With the consent of parties the writ petition is disposed of finally at the admission stage. Without entering into the merits of the issue, the petitioners are permitted to move a fresh representation within 10 days before the opposite party no. 1 i.e. Addl. Chief Secretary, Department of Medical, Health and Family Welfare, U.P., Lucknow taking all their pleas and grounds and enclosing their earlier representations along with all relevant documents. If such a representation is moved, the competent authority concerned is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners with speaking and reasoned order, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously, say within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
