2003. The petitioner claims that he has deposited the entire amount in terms of the allotment letter within one year, but the Meerut Development Authority failed to execute the sale-deed and deliver possession of the plot to the petitioner. The State Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum upheld the order of the District Forum, but only reduced the interest from 16% to 10% per annum.
2. Learned counsel for the Meerut Development Authority, Meerut points out that against the aforesaid order, the Meerut
Development Authority, Meerut went up in second appeal before the National Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and its appeal was dismissed. Challenging the same, it has filed a petition, being Matter under Article 227 No.1628 of 2025, in which notice has been issued to the petitioner and the said petition is pending.

5. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, we are of the view that the interest of justice would be subserved in case the Meerut Development Authority, Meerut is
directed to pass a speaking order in respect of the prayer of the petitioner for execution of sale-deed in his favour.
6. Accordingly, we dispose of the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation before the Meerut Development Authority, Meerut alongwith true attested copy of the instant order.
