Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the alleged resolution dated 02-04-2025 passed by the opposite party no. 3 in favour of opposite party no. 4 in illegally arbitrarily and without complying the norms of Panchayati Raj Act as well as Government orders after summoning the same from its custodian, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party no.2 to decide the representation moved by the petitioner before taking any decision on the alleged resolution dated 02-04-2025 as contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." 3. It is argued that the Tehsil Level Committee has not yet taken any decision on the resolution dated 02.04.2025. 4. Considering the grievances raised by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off directing that the Tehsil Level Committee shall consider the grievance of the petitioner also, prior to passing any orders on the resolution dated 02.04.2025.
