The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.377 of 2024, registered at Police Station Vikas Nagar, District Dehradun. 2. As per the First Information Report, despite an agreement between the co-accused and the informant to sell the property-in-question, sale-deeds of the property-in-question have been executed by the 1 2025:UHC:1510 co-accused Lakhan Singh in favour of the present applicant and others. 3. Heard Mr. Pawan Mishra, learned counsel for applicant, Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned A.G.A. assisted by Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for State and Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, learned counsel for informant/victim. 4. Mr. Ramji Shrivastava, Advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama before the Court. 5. Vakalatnama is taken on record. 6. Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned A.G.A., has submitted on instruction that the applicant-Jagveer Singh is wanted under Sections 420, 120B, 504 and Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. He has further submitted, on the instruction, received from the Investigating Officer that the Investigating Officer is not going to arrest the applicant at this stage. 7. After the said submission of Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned A.G.A., Mr. Pawan Mishra, Advocate, has requested to dispose of the present Anticipatory Bail Application. 8.
