Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) (Court No. 25), Sultanpur to decide/dispose regular Suit No. 446 of 2023 as early as possible within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. The present petition is disposed of holding that the petitioner may move an application for early hearing, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with the administrative guidelines. 4. The counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the earlier order passed by this Court on 05.03.2024, the objections under Order 39 Rule 4 have not yet been decided. 5. In view of the above, the trial Court is directed to furnish a report whether the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Matters Under Article 227 No. 1131 of 2024 has been complied with or not. The said report shall be sent to the Senior Registrar of this Court by the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today.
