The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the action of the 4th respondent in involving civil disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 and 8. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that there are family disputes between the petitioner and respondent Nos.7 and 8 and the police are not interfering in the civil dispute. 4. Recording the submissions, it is made clear that the 4th respondent shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.7 and 8. 5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
