The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.04.2021, whereby the injunction was granted directing the parties to maintain status quo and the appeal preferred against the said order was also dismissed. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2006, the present petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to endeavour to decide the suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, in accordance with law.
