Applicant- Dhirendra Singh, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR/Case Crime No. 81 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Premnagar, District Dehradun, has sought his release on bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not named in the FIR; neither any agreement, sale-deed or any kind of document was executed by the applicant nor the same was used as genuine document; being owner of the land in the revenue record, he has executed the sale-deed in favour of Sukhpal, Bharti Varshval and Sanjeev Gupta in the year 2004; there is no material evidence against the applicant with regard to the allegations levelled against him; the applicant has no previous criminal history and he is languishing in jail since 01.03.2023. 6. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and without expressing any opinion as to the final merits of the case, this Court is of the view that application deserves bail at this stage. 7. Accordingly the bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant, namely, Dhirendra Singh, be released on bail, on his executing personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of like amount, to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
