ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: i. Call for records in C.C.No.6114/2015 pending on the file of the XXXVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Bengaluru City at Bengaluru. ii. Quash the charge sheet filed in C.C.No.6114/2015 pending on the file of the XXXVII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Bengaluru City at Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.0025/2014, registered by the Basavanagudi Women Police for offences under Sections 498-A, 504 R/W Section 34 of Indian Pen Code and R/W Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act (Annexure-B).
2. After arguing the matter for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since evidence has been

substantially concluded, the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the proceedings within a stipulated time frame.
