At the very outset, Sri Ran Vijay Singh has submitted that the present petitioner is an outsourced employee and may not claim any relief from the opposite parties. As a matter of fact, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner may approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievance. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed being not maintainable as the petitioner is an outsourced employee. 4. However, it is always open for the petitioner to approach the competent authority/ court of law for redressal of his grievance and if such authority is approached, any appropriate decision may be taken, which is permissible under the law.
