This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 10.04.2025 bearing Case Crime/F.I.R. No. 0064/2025, under Section-85, 108 B.N.S.2023 and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station Jarwal Road, District Bahraich. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law. 5.
