Rayasat Khan Vs. State of J&K and Ors.) Vide order referred to above, the Writ Court while issuing notice had also observed that the status of the petitioner as Instructor in Electrician trade in Government ITI Mendhar, Poonch shall not be disturbed and operation of the advertisement notification No. DIP/J-3407 dated August 17, 2013 qua the post held by the petitioner was also stayed. The records show vide a subsequent order dated May 18, 2018, the main case (SWP No. 2007 of 2013) itself has dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to re-approach this Court, if the occasion so arise. That being so, nothing substantive survives in the petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
