Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material available on record. 3. This petition seeks issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 18.03.2025 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 116 of 2025 for the offence under Sections 191(2), 85, 115(2), 351(2) & 74 of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, lodged at Police Station- Chinhat, District- Lucknow East (Commissionerate Lucknow). 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 5.
