By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents to promote the petitioner on the post of Nursing Sister and pay her salary etc. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is granted liberty to file a fresh representation and the same is decided by respondent No.2 by a reasoned and speaking order. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today. In case such a representation is preferred by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within four weeks from the date of submission of representation along with a copy of this order.
