Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned portion of order dated 25.03.2025 passed by learned court i.e. Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ramsanehighat, Court No.14, Barabanki and further direct the learned court that he consider the application under order 39 Rule 1&2 of CPC and pass the injunction in favour of petitioners in light of the facts & circumstances of the case, (Annexure No. 1) in the interest of justice." 3. The order on record indicates that the trial Court had refused to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of exparte injunction order. 4. Considering the fact that the matter is fixed on 25.04.2025, the present petition is disposed of directing the Civil Judge, Junior Division to pass orders positively on the application filed by the petitioner on 25.04.2025 without granting any adjournment to any of the party.
