The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a Writ of Mandamus or a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to the Opposite Parties No. 2, 3 & 4, to further prevent and remove the illegal encroachment made by the Opposite Party No. 5 at present over a land about 0.0480 Hectares which includes reserved Usar Land for Gram Sabha and also violates the easementary rights and fundamental rights of the petitioner." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that unauthorized encroachments have been removed. The said instructions also depicts the signature of the petitioner. 4. In view thereof, no further directions are required. 5. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
