Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 03.06.2025. Relevant portion of which reads as under: - “Now therefore, the respondent Corporation considered the case of the petitioners i.e. Smt Kaushalya Devi & others (Rtd) (CWP. No 16441 of 2024) in the light of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble High Court in CWP No. 3278 of 2021& Review Petition No. 99 of 2023 and in compliance to the decision of the Hon'ble High Court the enhanced DR/IR from the due date (from which the same has been adopted by BoD of HRTC) shall be payable immediately to the petitioner. Direction is issued to the concerned branch to release the arrears part of the due and admissible DR/IR as per instructions dated 07.01.2012 and 31.07.2024 and other such instructions issued by the Finance Department of Himachal Pradesh in this regard. The concerned branch is further directed to calculate the arrear part and release the same accordingly as per instructions mentioned above within a period of 7 days. Further, the released amount on account of enhanced DA/IR be adjusted as and when the arrears of pension on account of revision are released as per the decision of the BOD, HRTC.” -2- 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of above office order, present proceedings be closed at this stage, however, liberty be reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, at an appropriate stage, for redressal of their surviving grievances, if need so arises in future. Granting such liberty, present proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
