Shri Nawab Ahmad Khan, learned counsel for the applicant while pressing this application for cancellation of bail submits that the bail has been granted without considering that the applicant was lodged in Jail on 01.07.2024, whereas in the bail order itself it is mentioned in the subsequent paragraph that he was arrested on 14.12.2024 and as per the arrest memo also he was arrested on 10.12.2024 at 06.45. He further submits that the bail application was moved with concealment of criminal history and stated that there is a criminal history of the applicant as the First Information Report No.0051 dated 11.02.2024 was lodged against the applicant at Police Station Madhuban, Disrict-Karnal, Haryana. Learned A.G.A. submits that in view of the aforesaid facts the cancellation of bail application can be filed before the court concerned as the same has been obtained with concealment of facts. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move the concerned court.
