Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA appearing for respondents. 4. Petitioners have acquired petition land pursuant to the grant made by the competent authority. Petitioners to substantiate that there is a grant in their favour have produced copies of grant certificates, which is evidenced at Annexure-C and D. 5. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the petitioners' request to effect phodi and durasti will be considered in accordance with law provided some reasonable time is granted. 6.
