Langlenthoibi, learned counsel for the respondent. [2] It is submitted that the direction of this Court in order dated 27.02.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 168 of 2025 has been complied by issuing order dated 24.07.2025 issued by the Secretary (CAP&PD), Govt. of Manipur. [3] The learned sr. counsel for the respondent submits that the cause of the contempt case may be closed as the direction of this Court has already been complied. [4] The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by the compliance order, the representation submitted by the petitioner has been rejected and seeking leave to challenge the subsequent compliance order dated 24.07.2025 before appropriate forum.
