The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 21.11.2014 whereby the injunction was decided in favour of the plaintiff as well as the appellate order dated 20.08.2019 whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. Considering the inordinate laches by the petitioner of approaching this Court after about 5 years, I do not see any reason to interfere with the said orders. 4. As the suit bearing Regular Suit No.1249 of 2013 (Raj Mani Devi vs Bahujan Nirbal Varg Sahkari Grih Nirman Samiti and another) is of the year 2013, directions are issued for expeditious disposal of the suit preferably within a period of one years from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.
