This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 12.04. 2025, bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No.0134 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 69 of BNS, registered at Police Station Gudamba, District Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek appropriate legal remedy before the appropriate court or authority as per permissible under law. 4.
