Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying therein for reference of the case under Section 3(G)5 of the National Highways Act, 1956. 3. The description of land is follows :- “Area – 40 decimals, appertaining to Plot No.352/ 2 under Khata No.23, Khewat No.1, P.S. - Petarwar, Mouja – Chiragi, Thana No.16, District - Bokaro.” 4. It appears that the petitioner is an awardee and he has been given right to make application for enhancement under Section 3(G) of the National Highways Act, 1956. The petitioner has availed that right by making an application, but complaint has been made that the same has not been referred and it is still pending. - 1 - W.P.C No.2498 of 2023 2025:JHHC:22328 5. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to refer the matter as per the mandate of law, within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order. 6.
