Singha, learned counsel for the respondent who submits that though the transfer petition was filed by the petitioner for transferring the Title Suit (M) No. 37/2023 from the Court of the learned District Judge, Udalguri to any Court of competent jurisdiction in the District of the Kamrup(M), however, he submits that by ex-parte judgment dated 31.07.2024, the Page No.# 2/2 learned District Judge, Udalguri has dismissed the said title suit and, hence, this instant transfer petition has become infructuous. In support of his submissions, he has furnished the certified copies of the Judgment dated 31.07.2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Udalguri in Title Suit (M) No. 37/2023. 2. I have perused the same. 3. It appears that the said title suit has been dismissed by the learned District Judge, Udalguri by the aforesaid judgment.
