The petitioner has filed this petition as they apprehend demolition of their house nos. 440, 440/1 situated within the area of Nagar Palika Parishad, Chandausi, District-Sambhal. 3. Sri Harsh Vardhan Gupta, who appears for Nagar Palika Parishad, Chandausi, Sambhal, has made statement that he has been instructed to state that no such demolition is proposed by Nagar Palika Parishad, Chandausi, Sambhal, and in case there is any proposal for demolition, the same shall be carried out only after due notice to the petitioners. 4. In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent-Nagar Palika Parishad, nothing further is required to be done in the writ petition. 5. It is ordered to be consigned.
