Sabhajeet, Under order 7 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code. Which is pending science 1992 about 33 years, within stipulated period of time, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
