The counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the typographical error in the prayer clause and the memo of petition during the course of the day. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an appropriate order or direction expeditious disposal of Misc. Suit No. 19/74/2024 filed on 17.01.2024 for the Recall Application filed against the exparte judgment and Decree dated 23.09.2003 pending before the respondent no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kaiserganj, District Bahraich within a stipulated time frame." 4. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the pending matter with all expedition preferably within a period of one year.
