In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order dated 04.02.2008 in terms whereof this Court while disposing of the writ petition of the petitioner on the similar terms in which SWP No. 96/2003 was disposed of, directed the respondents inter-alia to consider the case of the petitioner on parity with the petitioner in “Basharat Hussain” and take a decision thereon within three months. 2. Compliance report has been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being stated that the case of the petitioner for appointment against Class-IV post was considered and was found to be not in consonance with rules and government order dated 20.07.2015, as such, the case of the petitioner came to be rejected by speaking order dated 20.07.2015 accompanied with the compliance report. 3. In view of the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, seemingly S. No.29 2 CPSW No. 140/2015 the respondents/contemnors have complied with the order. The contempt notice issued as such is recalled and proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy against the consideration order, if so advised and if available.
