In pursuance of previous order, corpus is present in person before this Court today and also demand draft of Rs.25,000/- has been handed over to her. At the very outset, corpus showed her willingness to lead her peaceful live along with her husband. 3. Petitioner no.1/husband of corpus, namely, Neeresh Kumar who is also present in person before this Court, is also ready to take his wife/corpus alongwith him at the place where he is rendering his services in U.P. Police as Constable. 4. After having the agreement extended by corpus and her husband, this Court does not feel that there is any problem between the parties and as such, Petitioner no.1/husband of corpus, namely, Neeresh Kumar is hereby directed to receive custody of corpus/his wife and proceed for the destination where he is posted. 5.
