Neelam Kumari v. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Ors. CMP No. 13891 of 2025 in Execution Petition No. 200 of 2025 23.6.2025 Present: Mr. Hemant Kumar Thakur, Advocate, for the applicant/petitioner. Ms. Sunita Sharma, Senior Advocate with Mr. Dhananjay Sharma, Advocate, for the non- applicants/respondents. By way of instant application, prayer has been made by the applicant/petitioner for release of compensation amount deposited by the non-applicants/respondents in the Registry of this Court. Pursuant to mandate contained in the judgment dated 25.4.2025, passed by this Court in Execution Petition No. 200 of 2025, titled as Neelam Kumari v. Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Ltd. and Ors., learned counsel for the non- applicant/respondents fairly states that amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, can be ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/petitioner for the reason that judgment in which amount otherwise sought to be released, was awarded, has attained finality. Consequently, in view of the fair stand adopted by the learned counsel for the non-applicants/respondents, present application is allowed and Registry is directed to release the award amount, lying deposited with it in favour of the applicant as detailed in Annexure A-1 annexed with the application, subject to verification. The application is disposed of. June 23, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), manjit Judge
