By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought indulgence of this Court seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no.2 and 4 to transfer the investigation of F.I.R. No.0205 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024 for offence punishable under Sections 115, 351(2) and 352 of B.N.S. 2023 registered with Police Station Nanakmatta, District Udham Singh Nagar to respondent no.3-Crime Branch, Crime Investigation Department (C.B.C.I.D.) Haldwani, District Nainital. 4. This Court instead of outright granting plea of the petitioner sought progress report of the investigation from time to time from the Investigating Officer. 5. Mr. Deepak Joshi, Sub-Inspector (Investigating Officer) was called twice to remain present before this Court through video conferencing and to apprise this Court about the progress of investigation, pursuant to aforesaid F.I.R. 6. In sequel to this Court’s order dated 09.04.2025 Mr. Deepak Joshi, Sub-Inspector (Investigating Officer) is present before this Court today, through video conferencing. 7. It is apprised by State counsel, on instructions given by Mr. Deepak Joshi, Sub-Inspector (Investigating Officer) that after investigation charge sheet has been submitted against all the accused persons, named in the F.I.R., under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 and 325 of IPC on 08.05.2025 8. The instructions received by learned State counsel is passed on to this Court, which is taken on record. 9.
