Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.2/Sub- Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to demarcate and deliver the possession over Plot No. 218/300 hectare situated at Village Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur in pursuance of the Order dated 12.12.2024 passed in Case No. 16286/2024 (Computerized Case No. T202414360416286) [Ram Lakhan Vs. State of U.P. and Others] under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006; ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 2/Sub- Divisional Officer, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur to decide the Application of the Petitioner dated 24.12.2024;" 3. An order dated 12.12.2024 has been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Petitioner has prayed for compliance of the order dated 12.12.2024. On the basis of instructions as well as in the counter affidavit, respondent No.4 has submitted that against the order dated 12.12.2024, an application for recall has been moved by respondent No.4 on 20.12.2024. To the recall application, petitioner has filed his objections on 28.12.2024. Despite having knowledge of the recall application, petitioner has concealed these facts in the present writ petition which amounts to suppression of material facts and tried to obtain the order from this Court. 4. Since the material facts have been concealed by the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.25,000/- to be recovered from the petitioner. District Magistrate, Jaunpur is directed to recover the cost imposed by this Court from the petitioner within a period of four weeks which shall be remitted by the District Magistrate to the Registrar General of this Court to be deposited with the High Court Legal Services Authority, Allahabad.
