Present Mr.Gunedhor, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Mr.S.Niranjan, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents. On earlier occasion the applicant approached this Court by way of WP(C) No.427 of 2025 and vide order dated 23.5.2025, this Court directed the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal, at Guwahati and till 2.6.2025, status quo as on date was directed to be maintained. In compliance of order dated 23.5.2025, the applicant/writ petitioner filed SA Case on 31.5.2025 by depositing Rs.38005/- as requisite fee. It is stated in the petition on oath that the learned Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Guwahati has taken leave till 6.6.2025 and prays that till the matter is taken up by the DRT, Guwahati, status quo order as directed vide order dated 23.5.2025 in WP(C) No.427 of 2025 be extended. Mr.S.Niranjan, learned Government Advocate submits that this Court may pass appropriate direction in the peculiar circumstance. Considering the peculiar facts and circumstance of the case that the learned Presiding Officer of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, at Guwahati is on leave and in order to avoid repeated approach to this Court, the status quo order as directed vide order dated 23.5.2025 is extended till 10.6.2025. With this observation the misc application is disposed of. Furnish a copy of this order to learned counsel for the parties.
