The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a order or direction for the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Case No.- SA No. 1078 of 2023 u/s 17(1) of the Securitization And Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act as Smt. Sonam Srivastava & another Vs. Bank of Maharashtra, pending before the opposite party no.- 1 expeditiously disposal in the stipulated period. So that the petitioner may not be deprived from getting justice in the instant matter." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application before the DRT for early hearing, which shall be considered and steps shall be taken for expeditious disposal in accordance with law.
