Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus whereby directing the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. Station House Officer, Police Station- Raniganj, District- Pratapgarh, to conclude the Investigation of Case Crime No.229 of 2017, under sections 279, 304-A I.P.C., Police Station- Raniganj, District Pratapgarh, by means of submitting a Final Form/Report, within a fixed time period, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Pratapgarh, to conduct and conclude the Investigation of Case Crime No.229 of 2017, under sections 279, 304-A I.P.C., Police Station- Raniganj, District- Pratapgarh, by means of filing a Final Form/Report before the Court concerned, within a fixed time period, expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 21.4.2025. 4. In view thereof, no further orders are required be passed in the present writ petition. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record. .
