Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instruction states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal. In case the appeal is filed within a period of one month from today, the same shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation and shall be heard on merits.
