Perusal of order sheet indicates that the revisionist has neither deposited the aforesaid amount nor has taken necessary steps for effecting service upon opposite party no. 2. 3. It seems that revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter. 4. Accordingly, present criminal revision is dismissed for want of prosecution. 5. Interim order if any, stands vacated.
